Our projects’ll touch lives of Rivers people – Wike

Rivers State governor, Mr Nyesom Wike, has said that all the projects being executed by his administration are meant to touch the lives of the people.
Speaking after leading members of the state House of Assembly and selected leaders, yesterday, on project inspection across three local government areas, Governor Wike expressed satisfaction with the quality and pace of work at the project sites visited.
The governor and the lawmakers inspected the ongoing construction of the Bonny Jetty, Woji-Akpajo Bridge, landscaping architecture at Air Force overheard bridge, Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt Pleasure Park and the Rivers State Ecumenical Centre.
He said: “These are very worthy projects that will touch the lives of our people. This is our project year and we will continue to deliver on key projects.

“We are satisfied with the level of work done. By May, many of these projects will come on stream. We are fulfilling the pledges we made to the people.”
