The probability of Lukaku joining United has outweighed him joining his former club as it stands now. Tiemoue Bakayoko was almost a done deal for Chelsea before now but nothing has been heard of the French international move to Stanford Bridge in recent days. The deal should be round up by next week as pre season are about to start.
Rumors going round now that, Antonio Rudiger revealed that he would love to play for Arsenal. This maybe might be the reason for the delay of a deal that all personal terms have been agreed on.
