The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has led a four-man delegation from the National Assembly to visit President Muhammadu Buhari who is currently on an extended vacation in the United Kingdom.
Others on the legislative team include: the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, Deputy Speaker, Lasun Yusuf and Senate Leader, Senator Ahmed Lawan.It was gathered that the team left for London on Wednesday morning to meet with Buhari, who is on a medical vacation.
Recall that after the initial ten-day vacation meant to end on February 6, Buhari wrote to the Senate on the eve of resumption that he will be staying back in London to complete some required tests.
The President however did not indicate when he will return to the country.
